Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Nexodus Clean platform operated by Nexodus BPO Inc. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

Nexodus Clean is operated by Nexodus BPO Inc., a United States company (CAGE 10YR3, UEI S46UPQA3J833). Questions about these terms can be sent to support@nexodusclean.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States to use Nexodus Clean. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your relationship with Nexodus

Providers on Nexodus Clean are independent contractors, not employees of Nexodus BPO Inc. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment, and compliance with the laws that apply to the work you perform. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Nexodus.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from inside the app or by contacting support@nexodusclean.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or ability to perform a service.
• Share your account, upload content you do not have the right to upload, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
• Submit false compliance information, including photos that were not taken at the site at the recorded time.

6. Compliance photos and location

To verify that services are completed to the site standard, the app captures photos at the time you take them and stamps each photo with the date, time, time zone, and site address. The app also records your GPS location when you clock in and clock out. You consent to this collection as a condition of performing services through the platform. You agree to take compliance photos from inside the app, in real time, at the site. The camera roll is not available for compliance photos, and pre-existing photos cannot be used.

7. Bids, assignments, and pay

You bid on contracts through the platform. When a bid is awarded, the schedule and your per-visit rate are set by that assignment. Pay for completed services is issued on the published pay schedule. Early-pay advances, where available, are offered on the terms shown in the app and may carry a fee. You are responsible for your own tax obligations; Nexodus reports payment information as required by US tax law using the W-9 you provide.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Nexodus, our clients, or sites you learn through the platform, including site access codes, client systems, and contract terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Nexodus Clean app, branding, and platform are owned by Nexodus BPO Inc. You retain ownership of the photos you take as part of your services, but you grant Nexodus and its clients a license to use, store, and share those photos to verify and report on the service.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexodus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that you will be awarded any contract or earn any specific amount.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexodus BPO Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexodus BPO Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Termination and account deletion

You can close your account and request deletion of your data at any time from Profile & Settings → Delete my account or by contacting support@nexodusclean.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive, or to protect the platform or our clients. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, confidentiality, and these terms’ liability sections) remain in effect.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
